Token init command authenticates clients and then requests identity token. The
result token is then persisted in token cache for later usage, being available
for cross components, to support single sign on. The scope of this is as
follows:
* Define token storage handler;
* Define token cache API for storing, accessing, removing of token;
* Define token cache file location, configuration and etc.
* Implement default token storage handler based on local file located in user
home directory.
