Improved HDFS Web UI

Did something happen to the improved HDFS Web UI from this jira?
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2933

The fixed version is 2.1.1-beta, but I don't see the code on any of the 
branch-2.2.x or branch-2.3 branches.
