In API doc ([my trunk
build|http://aajisaka.github.io/hadoop-project/api/index.html]),
{{ImpersonationProvider}} and {{DefaultImpersonationProvider}} classes are
linked but these documents are not generated.
There's an inconsistency about {{@InterfaceAudience}} between package-info and
these classes, so these dead links are generated.
