The command for starting DataNodes and NodeManagers is wrong. This took a while
to find out. Instead of {{$HADOOP_PREFIX/sbin/hadoop-daemon.sh}} the commands
should read {{$HADOOP_PREFIX/sbin/hadoop-daemons.sh}} otherwise only _one_
daemon will be started on the master.
