Summary: Secure Key Handling Option with TPM2

Implement the option to use a TPM 2 as a KeyStoreProvider as alternative to
JavaKeyStoreProvider. Key Creating and Deleting will be implemented with the
TPM.
Maybe other Functions will be added.
