Transient failure in ITestS3ARemoteFileChanged[ERROR]
testReadFileChangedOutOfSyncMetadata[bogus-bogus-auth-true]
A read() operation should have failed with an error about inconsistent
metadata, instead it succeed on the read of the first byte of the file.
