When username is numaric only, the build environment does not run correctly. Here is my case. {noformat} ~/hadoop$ ./start-build-env.sh ... This has all the right tools installed required to build Hadoop from source. I have no name!@fceab279f8d1:~/hadoop$ whoami whoami: cannot find name for user ID 1112533 I have no name!@fceab279f8d1:~/hadoop$ sudo ls sudo: unknown uid 1112533: who are you? {noformat} I changed {{USER_NAME}} to {{USER_ID}} in the script.
