{{envtoconf}} does not work for some output formats:
* {{.env}}
* {{.sh}}
* {{.cfg}}
* {{.conf}}
To reproduce:
{code:title=docker run -it --rm -e DUMMY.CONF_key=value apache/hadoop:3}
