Steve Loughran resolved HADOOP-17497.

Resolution: Won't Fix
HADOOP-13551 changed the args again, though by moving to a parameter object +
builder is intended to be less brittle in future.
going to have to patch HBoss as I couldn't come up with a design that was
backwards compatible.
