As part of HADOOP-17835 (replacing PathChildrenCache/TreeCache by
CuratorCache), realized that although registerPathListener() of CuratorService
returns ListenerHandle, it is not used by RegistryDNSServer. We can remove
ListenerHandle from hadoop-registry as it is not Public/LP interface.
