I've noticed in MAPREDUCE-7341 that ABFS ITests had a lot of FS instances
closed in the shutdown hook.
Tracked down to the fact that
{{AbstractAbfsIntegrationTest.createFilesystemForSASTests()}} creates a temp FS
via newInstance(), and doesn't close it...the instance is kept in the cache
until shutdown.
I'm going to fix it in MAPREDUCE-7341, though it's something minor which could
be pulled out for backporting
