Currently the {{AzureBlobFileSystemStore}} inside {{AzureBlobFileSystem}} keeps
a separate reference to the input {{{}configuration{}}}. The
{{AzureBlobFileSystem.setConf}} only update the conf in itself but not the one
in {{AzureBlobFileSystemStore}}
