Hello everyone, I'm initiating a formal [VOTE] for the merge of the HADOOP-19343 branch (GCS FileSystem implementation) to trunk, for delivery in the Apache Hadoop 3.5.0 release. This is a follow-up to the prior [DISCUSS] thread that expressed support and no objections:

Subsequent enhancements can target future releases. - I've opened a pull request for the merge to see how pre-commit likes it. So far, it looks good. - There are a small number of remaining patches that I consider important to the 3.5.0 release, which need fellow committer approvals.
