I pushed the Hadoop docker image apache/hadoop:3.4.2 to dockerhub
https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/apache/hadoop/tags/3.4.2/sha256-0f79c18d27a2b15984868a41e245b09c98daa5638b573b4dbd848be650f05635


apache/hadoop3.4 also maps to the same image.

I also added a docker build rule to trigger an automated build whenever a
commit is merged to any docker-hadoop-* branches.
