One more (hybrid) case is possible.
*CASE III: When job owner wants to share with a specific list of users that he
mentions.*
- A minor variant of CASE II.
- Job owner either specifies the list of users or a group of users with which
he wants to share libraries.
- With most of the other things being the same as in CASE II, the api in
DistributedCache should make sure that the access is restricted only to the
list of users or the group specified.
- Even here, the access list should be per cache uri.
