In the current implementation, if an option is specified but the underlying
FileSystem is not supported (e.g. specifying replication on LocalFileSystem),
the specified option will be ignored silently. This seems to be hard to
understand from users' point of view. I think we should clarify the options on
the javadoc/user guide.
