Description:
Currently, the final spill and sort doesn't record any progress while it runs,
leading to the perception that the map is done, but "stuck".
This patch reserves 33.3% of map task's progress to sort by dividing map task
in to 2 phases. Also makes the progress of sort phase(merges) work, both in map
side and reduce side.
