Okay; I've rewritten the IOStreams and re-architected the code to support
pluggable Ceph instances, which allows me to write a CephFaker running on the
LocalFS. Doing so it passes all the unit tests in FileSystemBaseContractTest.
I've also added in uses of the Hadoop logging framework but don't have a good
feel for what level of output that should be generating, so I'd especially
appreciate somebody looking at that.
