Hadoop User/Group can be set by System properties or environment variables.
For example, in environment variables,
export HADOOP_USER=test
export HADOOP_GROUP=user

or in your MapReduce,
System.setProperty("hadoop.user.name", "test");
System.setProperty("hadoop.group.name", "user");
