Hadoop 20 Doc Backport
Applies docs changes in common/mapreduce/hdfs trunks that are relevant for
hadoop 20.
After commit, additional edits and reviews will be required for a few docs.
(1) Delete these files
> hdfs_shell.xml
> hod_admin_guide.xml
> hod_config_guide.xml
> hod_user_guide.xml
> quickstart.xml
(2) Add these files
> file_system_shell.xml (replaces hdfs_shell.xml)
> hod_scheduler.xml (replaces/combines the 3 hod guides)
> single_node_setup.xml (replaces quickstart.xml)
(3) Apply patch
> apply to Hadoop 20
> DO NOT APPY TO APACHE
