I have a simple patch for this JIRA using URL encoding and decoding of
filenames, but it also involves modifying HadoopArchives.java, which is in
MAPREDUCE.
The modifications to HarFileSystem and TestHarFileSystem will fail the unit
tests if not used with the new version of HadoopArchives.
How can I submit such patch?
