..pushed out new PR, commit #f04ae77015c
# checks for IOE.getMessage() being null, falling back to IOE.toString()
# final check in {{setupResponse()}} for null error cause or text, and
insertion of warning notes. The previous fix should catch it, but this extra
section ensures that the response fields are never null
