That's right. You probably don't find it in existing packages. That's fine and
people won't complain. But if someone would complement and provide it for
existing packages, it would be welcome, and I guess the check style counter
would be decremented.

Well, if you introduce a new package, then probably you need to add it, because
introduce a new check style (counter +1).
IMO, {{package-info}} for important package makes sense, but for an initial
package, it would be OK to delay on adding it. But since it's required by the
check for now, simply, maybe just to add it. :(
