There is 
./hadoop-tools/hadoop-azure/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/fs/azure/Wasb.java

DelegateToFileSystem implementation to bridge NativeAzureFilesystem to 
AbstractFileSystem.

Could the same be done for the secure "wasbs" protocol, i.e. add Wasbs.java 
having a DelegateToFileSystem implementation ?
