John Zhuge updated HADOOP-12718:
--------------------------------
    Attachment: TestFsShellCopyPermission-output.001.txt
                TestFsShellCopyPermission.001.patch

Manual local permission unit test source code and test output.

Can't check in the unit test because it requires user to manually set up some
local files and directories with different permissions in dir */tmp*.

> Confusing error message by fs -put local dir without permission

> $ ls -ld .
> drwx------. 4 systest systest 4096 Jan 13 14:21 .

> put: `d1': No such file or directory
> {noformat}
> It will be more informative if the message is:

> put: d1 (Permission denied)
> {noformat}
