This jira tracks the porting of builtin metrics sink plugins (file, ganglia)
for the new metrics framework.
Whether or not ganglia 3.0/3.1 plugins will be ported depends on the outcome of
the discussion (proposed in the parent issue: HADOOP-6728) on backward
compatibility (at some cost/limitations of course.)
