The patch adds "Legacy" suffix to the HDFS-RAID coders and the HDFS-RAID
coders' previous names are given to the new Java coders. Therefore it looks
like the patch is changing existing code, while in fact it's just renaming.
Other related classes such as tests and factories are renamed too.
The patch also makes the new Java coder as the default RS raw coder and adds
package-into to the util package.
