Thanks [~lirui] for the nice summary! it's fine to me.
We may need to define the required codec name and configuration key here right
now to proceed with. How about:
* For the HDFS-RAID coder/codec: {{rs-legacy}};
* For the ISA-L compatible coder/codec: {{rs-isal}}.
* Configuration key:
org.apache.hadoop.erasurecode.codec.{{CODEC-NAME}}.rawcoder, this configures
the corresponding raw coder factory class.
