Thanks for the comment, [~andrew.wang]. I think I have run {{mvn
dependency:analyze -Ptests-on}} before I posted the patch since tests are
disabled by default in hadoop-openstack..
It is not unused dependency even in today's trunk because {{mvn test-compile
-Ptests-on}} failed without the dependency on hadoop-common:test-jar.
