Description:
RawLocalFileSystem is not case sensitive but I am not sure if it should be.
This class relays on the underlying OS filesystem so if it runs on a non case
sensitive OS the class will be insensitive as well.
On Mac follow the following commands:
# echo asdf > lower.txt
# cat loWer.txt
Do we need to make RawLocalFileSystem class case sensitive? Please help.
