[~ozawa], [~ajisakaa], thanks for working on upgrading these key libraries for
3.0. Is there an easy way to keep track of all the JIRAs of this nature? I know
there were JIRAs to upgrade jersey, upgrade JDK, so on. It would be great if
there is a simple way to see all these JIRAs, perhaps in the form of a label or
an umbrella ticket with links. Thanks!
