Patch 001; no proofreading. Covers listStatus, listFiles. Avoids globStatus and
intends to stay that way.
No tests; there some against localFS, a couple in Swift I recall writing in a
hurry. They can be added to a new AbstractListOperations contract test.
As most implementations of the more complex ones (iterators, aggregators) defer
to the baseline ones, even the object stores *should* work; I'll just need to
spin waiting for the directory creations to become visible
