Hi Allen, I tried to run this myself locally. Few notes:
* "--sign" seems to be broken with this patch applied, I'm pretty sure I
unlocked my key correctly, but it doesn't seem to be picking it up later?
* I think I hit YETUS-419 when building the releasedocs from JIRA, so this one
seems pretty important to roll out.
