Currently in {{FileSystemStorageStatistics}} we simply returns data from
{{FileSystem#Statistics}}. However there is no null key check, which leads to
NPE problems to downstream applications. For example, we got a NPE when passing
a null key to {{FileSystemStorageStatistics#getLong()}}, exception stack as
following:
