Yep, generally we update the spreadsheet, then parse it to get a new L&N. After
that we'll manually merge it into existing L&Ns. This way all the information
is tracked in the spreadsheet history, and individual efforts can be combined.
If you want to do a quick edit on the L&N directly, make sure to also put it in
the spreadsheet so it doesn't get overwritten by the next run. Thanks.
