I have uploaded a patch containing changes to upgrade Microsoft Azure Storage
Java SDK to 4.2.0 (from 2.2.0).
Request [~dchickabasapa], [~gouravk] and [~cnauroth] to review the changes.
The changes do not require addition of new tests.
The only difference is the version upgrade.. no new functionality has been
added.
The existing tests should continue to pass when the changes are applied.
