Patch 016; rebased the work onto a branch-2 with HADOOP-12009 picked in.
Note that this patch looses the permissions of a couple of the glob classes.
That's because downstream of this hadoop-common patch I've been working on a
fast-s3a globber. No performance improvements there, but they needed access to
the globber helper classes
