* Add checkstyle module {{SuppressWarningsFilter}},
{{SuppressionCommentFilter}}, and {{SuppressWithNearbyCommentFilter}} to
{{checkstyle.xml}}
If you'd like to test the patch, apply the patch, then run {{mvn install}} in
directory {{hadoop-build-tools}} first before running any {{mvn
checkstyle:checkstyle}}.
