We are not getting any information from the timeout. Following is an example of
a successful run.

testStopUnstartedServer 13 ms Passed

testWepAppContextAfterServerStop 0.24 sec Passed

We could add a timeout to each case for debugging. That way when it happens
next time, we will have more clues.
