Attachment: HADOOP-13428.3.patch
Attached ver.3 patch, this contains a modification to maven build script that
automatically add the temporary fix before building jdiff contents, and revert
it once jdiff build is done. So after this patch, we don't need to manually
apply the patch to properly generate jdiff contents.
