Description: In {{ZKDelegationTokenSecretManager}}, the 2 methods
{{removeStoredMasterKey}} and {{removeStoredToken}} are very much alike, yet
handles exception differently. We should not throw RTE if a node cannot be
removed - error logging is enough.
