Summary: Normalize daemonization behavior of the diskbalancer with
balancer and mover (was: Shell scripts call hadoop_verify_logdir even when
command is not started as daemon)
Sounds good. Attaching a trivial patch which makes the intra-DN balancer also
support daemonization.
