Yes, I was thinking hard-coded aliases, just to cover the most commonly used 
credential providers.  I think an alias configuration file, or anything like 
the file system scheme configuration flexibility, would be over-engineering.  
We aren't seeing custom credential providers as a typical use case so far, so I 
think it's fine to keep using full class names in the rare case that someone 
needs that.
