assertion to that fact:

Steve Loughran, The patch tested against IBM Bluemix Object Storage that uses
SoftLayer with Dallas region.
It was against a previous patch and unit tests need to be added to yet another
but just trying to get the minimum requirements for getting this committed. As
you also mentioned before, we also need docs for it.
