- consolidated maven-shade-plugin version
- updated MSHADE-182 implementation for Hadoop checkstyle rules
- updated MSHADE-182 implementation for Hadoop's findbugs configs
- fixed whitespace complaints
- fixed license header on dependency reduced poms (and cleaned up handling of
them generally)
The failure in {{TestQueuingContainerManager}} was consistent, but unrelated to
the patch and rebasing has fixed it.
