Forgot to mention I ran the tests on grind. It turned out 4 of 5 tests are
flaky. They did succeed after a few retries using grind. Only
{{TestLocalDirAllocator}} failed on grind consistently.
All 5 tests passed {{mvn test}} on Ubuntu 14. This explains the pre-commit test
success.
