Steve Loughran updated HADOOP-13050:
------------------------------------
    Attachment: HADOOP-13050-branch-2-003.patch

Patch 003 increments the AWS SDK and puts jackson to 2.7.8, as discussed
elsewhere. The real jackson update needs to be a self contained
JIRA/patch/commit; this patch exists to show that the two libraries coexist

tested against s3a ireland, everything working except
{{ITestS3AMiniYarnCluster}}. This is covered by HADOOP-13081; this patch
(temporarily) includes more detail on the assert failure; here's where I saw it
first.

> HADOOP-13044 highlights that AWS SDK 10.6 —shipping in Hadoop 2.7+, doesn't
> work on open jdk >= 8u60, because a change in the JDK broke the version of
> Joda time that AWS uses.
> Fix, update the JDK. Though, that implies updating http components:
> HADOOP-12767.
