Updated the patch to reflect the latest development in DynamoDBMetadataStore.
bq. create a subclass TestDynamoDBMetadataStore
Will do in a follow JIRA. It should be a dynamodb related patch.
bq. There's one catch: listFiles only returns files, not directories.
I added a local dcache like structure to check the existence of the parent
paths.
Ping [~liuml07]. This patch is closer to the final shape for review, but it
still needs the {{DynamoDBMetadataStore}} being checked in before ready to
commit. For example, testing {{init}} and {{destroy}} tables in DynamoDB in the
unit tests.
