The v7 patch rebased from the feature branch and resolved conflicts.

HADOOP-13050 may need more time to commit to trunk (and backport to S3Guard).
I'd suggest we temporarily bump the sdk version here and get the code in for
moving forward to test / bug fixes, and resolve conflicts later when we merge
from trunk (after HADOOP-13050). For this patch, the major problem is about
DDBLocal and for [HADOOP-13050] I think it's Jackson. But if you guys insist,
we can work on [HADOOP-13050] first.
I don't have specific questions that need conference-call discussion; but we
can meet if you think we should talk about the current patch. For next steps
e.g. integration tests, we will have more discussion for sure; but we can do it
later. Steve's in UK so we may have to find a good time of a day.
