Currently when there's an auth problem, the user gets a stack trace followed by
"Invalid arguments: Unable to load AWS credentials from any provider in the
chain"
this is explained in the AWS troubleshooting docs, but unless the user knows
about that, they aren't going to make much progress. Better to have
{{S3AUtils.translateException()}} point to a wiki page on the topic
